We are confident you'll be happy with the results of your cleaning but, if for some reason you aren't, we are happy to come back and correct any errors or mistakes we've made. Any issues with your cleaning service must be brought to our attention within 24 hours.
Nope! We'll clean your entire house but we realize sometimes certain areas need more attention than others. To be sure we are providing the services you need, we offer a package designed for a single room but also offer other add-on services as needed. To take advantage of add-on services, simply let us know before we begin cleaning and we will take care of everything else. Payment for add-on services is due with your balance at the end of your cleaning.
We understand the many challenges of keeping your home nice and tidy and are happy to clean any area of the home as long as there are no materials containing bodily fluid (tampons or other sanitary products) and we can walk through the room. Keep in mind some challenges will require an extra fee and we will make you aware before any work is done in that section of the home.
Pets are a part of the family, and so we clean up after them as well! During service we recommend that you do keep your pet somewhere, they will be comfortable — not all of our furry friends like the sound of vacuums or unfamiliar people in their space. Let us know how you'd like to handle your pet ahead of time to keep them safe and happy.
We currently offer residential packages that include a room, or up to 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Other services and rooms outside of your package of choice may be added at an additional charge. Commercial cleanings will require an estimate based on the square footage of the space.

We bring our equipment and supplies but realize some customers have special needs or just prefer we use their equipment and or supplies. Just let us know and we'll take care of the rest! All equipment is sanitized to ensure our customers and team remain healthy.
